The RS has a thinner front swaybar, 22.6 mm or something like that compared to the 24 mm on the VTEC models. And all 98-up cars. Combined with the ITR bar you'll really be able to get the ass end to step out.

But the spring rates on the H&R OE Sports are relatively modest as far as their rear bias so I wouldn't be too concerned. You should be able to dial out any twitchyness at the limit with the shocks; otherwise grab some camber kits and play with the alignment.
