I don't know about B16 engines.
My '91 CRX Si is plain old stock D16A6 with California emissions.
Ask them if they can test your coil and ignitor.
70 MPH = 3700 RPM on my car's tach. (As the coil or ignitor fails more, the RPMs before the engine starts missing will get lower.)
