Also if the "terms of service" are the rules agreed to upon signing up, they are nothing more than agreeing not to post anything sexually explicit, hateful, or otherwise illegal. Anything outside of that realm was not in the agreement.
Don't like it then leave, we owe you nothing and your entitlement ends at the login screen.
I don't agree with all the rules and there are many arguments had behind closed doors from almost every moderator regarding rules, changes and for and against member bannings and points issuances. Everything we do in regards our members has to be answered for and if it is found to be in the wrong then it is reversed, but that is not often the case which means it was not seen as an abuse by the powers that be.
Again you are not even owed this much of an explanation but you have been given it as fair warning that if you step over the line it will bring the smackdown accordingly.
