it doesn't help though that the north constantly threatens the south and then demands all kinds of food aid, and then when they don't get as much as they want they call the south tightfisted . . . coming from a country with leaders surrounded by lavish luxury

there's where just recently south korea sent 5,000 tonnes of rice to the north. up until '08 south korea alone shipped almost half a million tonnes of rice a year to the north
