yea and thankfully my clients absolutely adore me because i go balls deep for them on a regular basis so smoothing over for them isn't to hard. some free overnights here, some price breaks there, some promises with others.
the fuck ups will be dealt with shortly. some of it today comes down to a group of people who were part of a recent acquisition we had on another company. they don't feel like they have to do things our way and are still a separate company and when we tell them to do something they can do it on their own time. Still trying to fight change and I've about had enough because this happens far to often with them and I'm the one left out to dry
damage is i'm going to be eating about $400 in product and shipping fees. I'll make it back today somewhere else but its frustrating as fuck.
