i bought one of the kits that just gives you everything for the recipe. i want to do a couple of those to get the hang of it and then get into actually making it and coming up with my own recipes.

 

Last day of work for the week! Sore as hell from the game last night. Turned out better than expected. We were the first team to not have slaughter rule called, the total runs scored on the team we played all season was 6 and we got 8, but the final was 24-8 . Prob chill tonight, watch football tomorrow and get the Wrx ready for the Auto X on Sunday.

 

Yeah - I want to get into brewing too. Want to get a soda keg and get a keggerator set up. Can't really justify all the start up cost though. Don't drink much at home - but it'd be sweet. However that isn't a great business rationale.

 

i've decided a soda keg is really the only type of keg that will fit in the fridge i have, so i think i might end up turning it into a kegerator for home brew.

 

first cider of the season along with some cider donuts. great way to start a friday morning

eh, it was just because i ate pizza and wings at like midnight and drank some beers.

 

I think today is really monday . . . day's gone to shit. Seems like our warehouse staff dropped the ball on a ton of my customers last night and all i'm dealing with today is other peoples fuckups but since they're my customers i'm to blame.
