Apparently 3 dead (1 confirmed)....22+ injured. 30+ homes down. A few residents said that PG&E had been out a few weeks ago investigating a gas smell and telling people to stay inside while they investigated....then just left. Residents reported smelling the gas leak for 3 weeks leading up to the explosion.
