i don't care what color you are, you getting your ass beat by the cops i'm not gonna feel sorry for you. majority of cops aren't walking around looking for a fight, you gotta do something to instigate it or escalate it. odd's are that's true here. I could be wrong, but like i said, odds are on the side of the cops story being more truth than this guys
