i took the ASVAB & scored a 96 (outta 99 for those that don't know). all my composite scores were very high & i was offered Crypto Linguist which had a 60k bonus & the AIT for it was 18 MONTHS ....unfortunately, it took longer than anticipated to do my over-40 physical (since i turned 40 before graduating BasicTraining) & the job closed before all my paperwork was finalized

i took the 25P as a 2nd choice....since i had 10 years experience doing a bit of the job working for AT&T
