I would highly suggest you eat some sort of 'blast' energy to put in your stomach the MINUTE you wake up. I used to be like you dude, didnt think I needed it, but every thing Ive read and seeked info on, clearly states that coming off a morning of sleep PLUS working out on nothing - is NO good for whatever you're trying to achieve, be it weight loss or muscle gain.
