Default Another brake thread, help

Well, I made a serious mistake.
Working on my brakes tonight, nothing special, and I go to re-torque the caliper mounting bolts on the drivers side, and the bottom caliper bolt hole is stripped. It gets a little tight, then it just gets loose again. It's not the bolt, it's the actual caliper.

So here's where I need help: Do I need to replace my entire caliper? Or is it OK to drive without the bottom bolt tightened all the way?

Thanks.
