Just like the article says, this ban would be making the decision for people, which really undermines the "freedom" were supposed to have as Americans. The fact is, people have to to WANT to be healthy, removing salt from restaurants is not going to change anything, people would just bring there own salt, or restaurants would just ingnore the ban on all but the most obvius aplications.
