I get what you're saying, but FPS online play is a completely different beast than campaign modes.
I understand that basically every online match with an FPS is going to be different chain of actions which lead to a different outcome. But all of the ducking, sprinting, jumping, shooting and every other mechanic is the same thing repeated over and over again, just in different combinations.

I'm not saying that FPS online play is pointless, it serves as entertainment just like how an action-adventure game would. But at least with the action-adventure game, you have a better chance of doing (and seeing) stuff you've never done before in a game.
