Monday night is Warrior Meal Monday for me. It is really easy and tastes mad good.
You grab two of these chicken sausages:
and a box of this stuff:
Slice up the chicken sausage to your liking. Throw a tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet and heat up that chicken sausage on medium heat for about 7-10 min. While you're doing that, just microwave the vegetables up and then combine it all when you're done. Low fat, decent protein, very delicious.
