I agree that it's a conflict of interest but the dealership was not abusing it's power either since any legitimate shop would have failed him for the same things.
probably i was pointing out the conflict of interest on the whole system not just this dealership. But if i had to pass inspections you can be sure i wouldn't bring it to a dealership just some shitty ass corner garage which i could potentially corrupt
