I dig... I was jsut curious because I am not aware of any american train manufactures that have the necessary facilities, knowledge and labour to built high speed trains.

I'm talking about the trains themselfs... but the rails, depot, stops, all that stuff can be American built. But the high speed train industry is usually controlled by a couple of manufactures. If i was you and had some insider info like that... you should buy shares of the manufacture you know. History shows that when even the Bombardier signs new contracts the share prices rise more then they should
