Ill take a look, I have a feeling they are not level

Door slabs will not have the hinge mortise, you have to do that

I dont think its difficult, you just trace the hinge, cut the outline with a utility knife then chip out with a chisel. But I bet they sell a jig for doing it with a router.

I just bought some new tools, they are arriving soon
