years ago my girl and i went all-inclusive to the Dominican republic. eh, it was alright i guess, but it got boring. i wouldn't go back.

we just went to st. martin recently. personally, i wouldn't do all inclusive there. too many restaurants and things all over the island, it would suck to be locked down to one place.

for me the best trips are where we can explore and experience the same things the locals do.
