apt in Montreal are expensive usually. Finding a condo at less then $170k is very hard and the value will most probably not increase. Mortgage, condo fees, Taxes and the occasionnal renovation cost makes buying ridiculous IMO. Unless of course you need a bigger place if you're 2 people.
