After driving the v6 through the mountains and never getting above 40mph in 3rd gear, I couldn't imagine how tedious it would be with 22RE. They're solid motors, but the 30hp deficit compared to the 3.0 would suck.

But at least the headgasket probably wouldn't have blown.h:
