A saucepan is a saucepan to me. As long as it holds together for several years I couldn't care less if it was $10.
not at all. It's all about how the metal takes on the heat. Shitty pans can get too hot too fast or not hot at all. I have one All-clad pan and it's amazing compared to some generic pan I got from tj max
