I've got a few Smith and Wesson fold outs that work reasonably well. I had one come unscrewed, but it was put to HEAVY use cutting boxes/shrinkwrap/wireties all day long for about a year.

Other than that, they've been pretty good to me. I'm sure it would have been more than adequate to cut a seat-belt.
