Well, HAN crashed in February 2002 and all profiles were lost...so that may be your problem.
www.edmunds.com has a thing called 'True Market Value', I've found it to be extremely accurate. I wouldn't cross your fingers too hard on getting anything close to invoice on an Odyssey...they are in EXTREMELY high demand. They just built a manufacturing plant in Alabama for the Odyssey and Pilot SUV(completed last fall I believe) and are already expanding it because of the extreme demand. I believe the average Odyssey spends about 4 days on the lot...which is incredible. It is, aside from exotic sports cars, probably the most sought after vehicle in the USA. That and the Pilot.
2003 Odyssey LX (Edmunds.com)
True Market Value: $25,296
MSRP: $24,860
Invoice: $22,417
That's about the only car with a TMV over the invoice. Only others I can think of are new models for 2004 like the BMW Z4...but the Odyssey is 5 years old.
I would say $23,300 is an extremely good deal
