Are you guys really that excited about another Halo campaign that only lasts for approximately 6 hours?

Firefight does seem like it would be fun, but I doubt I would play this very often. I already have this on GOW2, but have only played it a few times.

To me, this game is all about the standard multiplayer. Had this been 12 new maps with some new weapons in addition to the campaign and firefight, I would have pre-ordered for sure.
You should have quoted the beginning of that article...

If you don't play nice with others, there's always the second disc in the Halo 3: ODST package. Here you'll find every single Halo 3 map released to date and three new maps just to sweeten the deal. The second disk is the Halo 3 Mythic disk.
ODST is the first disk, which is a different game with different modes and types of play. And multplayer. Just no PVP I think. I believe it's all PVC.
