Damn, no updates in a week :nono:
I've been trucking along... I feel like I don't have the time/motivation to do the really ass-kicking workouts I used to, but still going to the gym pretty much every work day. Weighed in at 174 today, so I'm getting kinda hefty

I've also been drinking a bit more than I should and not running.
I feel like my life is sorta getting back to normal after all the shit that's been going on, so i'll get back to the running routine and hopefully stop making so many "exceptions" to my drinking rules.
