I don't plan on reloading any brass myself, is it likely that someone local might reload it for me (and is it usually worth it) or can I trade in a few boxes of brass for a fresh box?

I've been saving them, but I don't really know what I can do with them.

Oh, what would be a decent gun for shooting some .223? Found a big box of it behind some other stuff.
