word up. When I first got my gym membership, all I would do was sit on the stationary bike and read a book. I felt uncomfortable going into the free weights section because of all the meat heads there. But then I said "fuck it, what do I care if some swollen guy named todd is hoisting a keg over his head," and the quality of my workouts and my batman status both took leaps forward.
