I honestly never went for my max just because of the fact i'm at the gym alone and don't have a spotter. It's honestly not that much though. Probably 150-160 i dunno.
just anybody around the bench to spot you... i think you can do 200lb easy
245 in dec of 08 dropped to 215 may 09 before i stopped going to the gym... went up again to about 225-230 in july (eating horribly/no gym)... currently sitting at 220... taking it slowly for now, starting next week going to be 5days a week.
need to lose the gut.
