Been doing some HIIT and MaxOT style workouts. I think it's working cause I'm constantly sore, but feeling loads stronger. I hurt my wrist a little while ago while benching heavy and it's still bothering me, but I man up.
Monday was chest and was repped 345 8 times
Tuesday was back and did bent over barbell rows with 245 on the bar 4 sets of 8
Today is cardio and abs.
