I wasn't ragging on Canada, I simply said, "Unlike your country Tark our politicians are required to listen to and interact with the people that hired them for the job they do."

Now I said that knowing that is how our country works but not exactly sure (nor do I give a shit) if that was how Canada also works. Some countries have none or very little actual responsibility to listen to the people but instead make unilateral decisions *cough* England *cough* even though they represent the people.

Tark asked what I knew of Canadian politics and ?I replied that I probably knew as much about Canadian politics as he truly knew about American politics.
