So I finally bought my protein supplements. I ran out a couple months ago of some GNC crap I had. I also used the rest of my Muscle Milk Light. I got the Cinnamon Bun flavor. That is going to be a daily drinking protein shake. For my pre and post workout drinks i got Optimum 100% Whey Protein - Gold Standard 5lb Tub of Tropical Punch for $38.03. A little more then I was looking to spend. But at least this will last me a couple months.
