but i know I won't get there, i can just imagine.
My goal is to get like Jay, so that my body is composed of alot of muscle. Then i'll start cutting so that all that muscle will start eating away at the fat faster. That's all theory in my head and from what i read online, now whether it works or not is a completely different story :chuckles: Which is why i'm doing the Max-OT. I'm still working my way up to being able to do one pull up lol.
Here's an interesting question. There's this piece of equipment at LA fitness and I forgot what it's called but it basically simulates dips. For example you put weights on the equipment and you walk around the other side and sit down with your legs underneath a pad. You grab onto the bars on your sides and you push down with your chest against a pad for support. Basically it works your chest and triceps. I don't know what it's called, the name eludes me. But for some reason i'm able to put 2 45lb weights on both sides (180 total) and i'm able to get there 2 sets of 5 with some difficulty. Why is it i can do that but i can't lift more....intriguing.
I just looked it up and i've been going to the gym for 24 days now. 6 days a week roughly comes to 4 weeks. I started on June 18th
