Well i do something different every week. Surprisingly I find i'm more motivated to go early morning before work because I can get things done and don't have to worry about going after work when it's really crowded and the personal trainers are everywhere trying to recruit me lol. I just had to get into a routine. Since starting my workout is usually muscle training on M,W,F morning before work and Cardio is Tu,Th,Sat. Been working well for me so far. Today was actually the first day I missed since starting and that's because I got to bed way to late and i didn't feel good this morning. I think the movie theater popcorn made my stomach really upset.
