That's what i do. Every week i increase the weight that i'm working with. I'm a litle surprised honestly that in just 4 weeks my leg strength went up ALOT and i can now effectively bench press 50 more lbs then i could before. I must admit, i had big arms but there weren't any muscle to them. I was weak. I would be at the gym and would be lifting 70 maybe 80lbs on teh bench press. Yes i'm not proud of it but so what. Now i'm at 120 and next week i'm going to shoot for 130 x6 reps/3 sets. I haven't noticed any increase in my arm size though and im not losing weight like I would like to but I can feel musle within my arms and ooooooooh does it feel good.
