there's nothing you hate more than being about ready to close and having 4 people walk in and sit down and start ordering drinks and meals and making you stay an hour later than you were supposed to.
it happens way to much, it's simply common sense.
i spent a couple years at a chain resteraunt and yeah it sucked but your open and you can close up some of the stuff. thats why you are scheduled for half hour to hour after the resteraunt closes so you can close up shop.
chinese food takes ten minutes most to make. i worked at a resteraunt for a while delivering and was in the kitchen all the time. those bastards should just make the shit and be done.
