the fact of the matter is you will always have people walk in right at close no matter what time you close
keith's example is a little different imo though because there the employees are still gonna be there after food service stops because the place is still open.
no-no thats my point, if you close earlier than when you want to leave who cares? Especially if you still leave at 10. People always try to pack up and shit to get out as early as possible -- I got paid by the hour so I never understood. I mean each customer = more money. Thats why I'm working. To make money. Its not like I knew we were going to get out early so whatever plans I made are still made around my 10pm closing.
But I'm arguing that peoples mindsets can change when I really know they can't. I'm just saying "ideally" and unfortunately I am that asshole that comes in 2 minutes before close
