rule of thumb. Never go to a restaurant within 15 minutes of closing. I know they are open until 8 or whatever, but as common courtesy I try not to roll up into a restaurant right before close. They are all ready to close up, and the last thing they wanna do is make your ass food in a well prepared manner

I used to hate those people who would come in under 15 minutes to close and order the most complicated thing on the menu every time, or even worse a party order
