just finish some breast exercise.

start off at 160 and took 5lbs off each set. Reps of 10 no break.

160, 155, 150, 145, 140, 135, 130, 125, 120, 115 then did 10 sets of 10 rep pushups with 15 sec break in between. that is it. :nojay:
