First day back at the gym. Rather than doing any particular muscle group, I just did an overall upper body circuit and ab ripper. 169, so I didn't flab up too bad while on vacation

Next fitness motivator: camping trip to the falls with friend's stepdaughter's single mom (aka MILF) in two weeks :naughty:
