that doesnt "look" bad in terms of conditions where the pictures are taken. a house like that around here would easily start at 400k foreclosed or not
the exterior of the house and from what i've seen of the interior is still in about the same shape, the garage exterior is still nice except the garage doors look like the plowman this winter ran into them a couple times and the yard needs work ... based on that IF i wanted to put an offer in i'd start about 25k
