LOL, my eating is out of control. I've been making an effort to cook good stuff at home rather than going out all the time... and I've been doing a good job of that. The problem is I cook enough to last all week and then go nuts and eat it all in a day or two. Case in point: today I made three big pork chops and a bunch of mixed veggie stuff... enough for tonight, tomorrow and friday. It was tasty, so I ate it all tonight. Now I have no food for the next two days and I've had about 7000 calories today

Ah well, whenever I overeat I go for an evening run to keep the metabolism going when I go to bed. Just got back... 4 miles has been a breeze lately
