Spanky has it right in regards to CO gun laws. Even if the property owner wants him to be arrested, he won't be unless he refuses to leave the premises. He can't be arrested for having a gun on him, even if the property owner doesn't allow it. "No guns allowed" signs are worthless in CO.

That's not to say that an overzealous cop or one who isn't familiar with the specific law wouldn't arrest him anyway, but no charges would be filed.
