you probably bent your wheel or bubbled your tire. Depending on how bad the pothole was.
Best way to check is to pull the wheel off, and run your finger along the outside and inside of the lip. You should feel it. Maybe even see it without even running your finger. If it's the tire there should be a bubble on the outside or inside of the tire. Also could be a belt in the tire was shocked hard enough to cause internal damage.
If you do find a bend or bubble some shops can fix the bend by counter weighting it, most cannot especially the Jiffy Lube types that don't take the time to diagnose and really find the problem.
