i have not trolled around on the HAN forums in a number of years, but i'm stumped with this one and hope someone here might have some helpful advice.
my car is a 2000 gs coupe (B18b motor), 92K, and until last month has run fine in the 4 years i've had it. sat over the winter though

. last time it ran(February ish), i went to start it and the battery had run down, so i jumped it, ran fine. went to start it about a week after, and nothing. even trying to jump, no clicking from the starter, no electrical drain like i would expect to see from the starter motor. the interior chimes like to spaz out and click randomly while the battery is connected (brand new battery, since i had the original factory battery, first thing i did after i had to jump it was replace).
as far as i can tell, its an electrical problem somewhere on the starter circuit, which would explain why it doesn't put a strain on the system, but i cant explain how that would be affecting the interior chimes.
bad starter? bad starter solenoid? bad cpu? any input is greatly appreciated.
