I didnt think hondas have speed govenors they just hit a brick wall, meaning they run out of power in 4th and 5th gear at about 125mph, if your b18c isnt pulling past 120 there is something wrong, tune your motor other then that i think a stock gsr goes about 130 -135 and a swaped crx or civic b18c it should do a little more maybe 140 to 150, ive had my first gen crx with my stock ls swap going well over 140 mph and a gsr would not keep up. and b16a's are weak they run just as fast as a stock d16z6 maybe 125mph with a couple bolt ons, why would anybody buy a weak ass b16a they are only like 5 or 10 ft lbs more torque then a single cam, and a b18 swap is about the same price if not a little cheaper and there is at least 120 ft lbs of torque, i smoke b16's like nothing and they waste my gas and my tires
