You can use
any ECU. If it's not a VTEC ECU, you'll have to get it converted to a VTEC unit, and have it chipped with a stock map, or even a tune.
The mounts are the same. Use stock GS-R mounts or even aftermarket like Avid, Hasport, etc.

The LS and B20 are the same engine, just different slized sleeves, so yes, you can use the squirters.
