I would go for it . Hell, I paid $7500 for my 98 GSR in 05 w/ 78,000. It was completely stock. As a matter of fact still have my oem radio. Only thing changed performance wise is a short ram intake & a lower tie bar.
I wanted a 99 Si B4 my Gsr but 4 yrs ago the cheapest prices I saw were between $13-16 K.
