Sounds like a slight warping, I had a similar problem and got new rotors. It would only pulsate at high speeds and if I stepped on the pedal kinda hard to slow down quick. If I eased it, it wouldn't do it though or at low speeds. You can get some Brembo OE rotors from nopionline.com for cheap.
