Get the header and exhaust first. Then save up to get the cams and a fuel computer (I too, like the Hondata s100) and adjustable cam gears to go along with the cams. You'll also need stiffer valve springs since those particular cams have a ton of lift. ITR outer springs with Portflow inners will work well. Add a couple dyno pulls and some professional tuning of the Hondata and you've got a good setup.

Just bolting the cams in and driving around is kind of pointless, especially since they require at the very minimum upgraded valve springs and you won't get nearly the full benefit without tuning.
