can somone tell me what controls the amount of fuel sprayed into the cylinder at startup? i'm still having the rough start problem with my 97 accord standard 4 cyl. i turned the key to start and heard the fuel pump pressurize the system and gave it a half crank.i then pulled all 4 plugs, all were wet with gas.1 and 2 were really soaked (dripping).what would cause this?
